--> Deeluh — the operating system for Nigerian law firms
Built for Nigerian law firms

The operating system for Nigerian law firms.

Every Nigerian firm — sole practitioner to full-service — runs on the same handful of tools patched together. Deeluh replaces the stack with one platform: SCN checked against the NBA public directory, firm structure set up, workspace ready in under two minutes.

Deeluh is built by FRONTENDLABS, a private company registered in Lagos, Nigeria. Not endorsed or certified by the NBA — the SCN check uses the NBA's public lawyer directory.

What Deeluh does

Four things your firm does every day. One platform, shipping in order.

Every Nigerian firm runs on the same handful of tools patched together — spreadsheets for matters, WhatsApp for clients, notebooks for trust accounts, memory for compliance. Deeluh replaces the stack, module by module. Onboarding and the assistant ship at launch. Matters, compliance, and billing follow in the roadmap.

Onboarding Available at launch

Workspace ready in under two minutes.

Type your SCN. Deeluh checks the NBA public directory, sets up your firm structure, walks your first partner through practice areas and pricing. Verification may continue in the background while you finish setup.

Deeluh Available at launch

Ask Deeluh. It runs the platform.

Deeluh's chat surface handles onboarding, config, invites, and integration setup. Matter-facing modes (drafting, summarisation, precedent lookup) ship in later waves under strict lawyer-review boundaries.

Matters In development

Every matter, every party, every minute.

Kanban by stage. Parties, time entries, deadlines, documents — all in one matter view. Audit-trailed to the minute for when the client asks what happened when. Planned Q1 2027.

Compliance In development

Records built for professional-conduct review.

Trust-ledger record with hash-chain audit. Three-pool separation of client, trust, and subscription funds. Audit trails designed to support professional-conduct review; the legal basis for each control is under review with counsel. Planned Q1 2027.

What onboarding looks like

Two minutes from arrival to workspace ready.

Deeluh's chat surface handles onboarding, structure, verification, billing, and team invites in one flowing conversation. Every field is confirmed with you before it's written. Skip to a form if you prefer it.

Frequently asked

Answers we get asked before firms sign up.

Is Deeluh endorsed or certified by the NBA?

No. Deeluh checks lawyers against the NBA's public directory to verify enrolment as a matter of factual record; that check is part of your firm profile. Deeluh is built by FRONTENDLABS, a private company with no other relationship to the NBA. Nothing on this page or in Deeluh's product is an NBA endorsement or certification.

How does Deeluh handle trust-account money?

When the trust-ledger module ships, Deeluh will keep records of movement into and out of your trust account, reconcile against your bank record, and flag misroutes. Deeluh will not hold client money itself — the money always sits in your bank account. Deeluh is the record and the guard-rail, never the custodian.

Which bank does Deeluh work with?

Any Nigerian bank. When trust-account reconciliation ships, it will begin with manual entry and add bank-feed integrations (Mono / Okra) in a later release. Subscription payment for Deeluh itself goes through Paystack.

What runs the AI in Deeluh?

Deeluh's AI runs on secure inference infrastructure with per-firm data-residency options and PII redaction. Underlying models are an operational choice that may evolve; we don't publicly surface them because customers care about outcomes, not implementation details.

What happens if Deeluh goes away?

Every firm can export the full data set — firm profile, roster, matter records, invoices, audit trail — at any time in a machine-readable format. Your data is yours; Deeluh runs on top of it.

Is my data safe under Nigerian data-protection law?

Deeluh is in active NDPA 2023 / GAID 2025 readiness work: data-processing register, DPA templates, retention policies, right-to-erasure endpoints, encryption at rest, per-firm access-audit logs. Enterprise firms can request data-residency options. Details available on request.
